Another TVized look at HAARP and chemtrails used as weather modification and weather warfare. This is a pretty informative documentary or it wouldn’t be here. Just ask yourself, If our government is behind all of this crap why would they let the History Channel release a documentary like this? TV and what comes out of it is always skewed and I obviously feel obliged to write that as a disclaimer 🙂
