Arc-shaped plateaus sit at the geographical center of four continents: Turtle Mountain National Park USA, Central African Republic, Urumqi China, The Olgas Australia. Each arc is 120 degrees. Unusual blond haired populations have been found at these locations. Who built the arcs and what is their purpose?
